Custom-made or hand-painted items may require 7-14 business days (or longer during high-demand periods).

Ready-made products: Eligible for return/exchange as per our Return Policy.
Custom-made products: Not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the production has started, except in case of defects or damage.
